Types of Paper

Participants have to submit the following types of Papers/Articles invited for the Seminar. Kindly select any one or more than one category on which you wish to submit your Papers/Articles.

         Policy Paper
         Suggestion Note/Recommendation Article
         International Best Practices Paper

The length of the paper is not defined. It should be comprehensive enough to cover all points of the paper in compact, concrete and concise way under different headings, chapters, annexure and references, depending on the requirement of the concept.

General Guidelines
Format of Paper
These guidelines include complete descriptions of the fonts, spacing, and related information before publication of your paper.

FILE FORMAT: MS Word Files.
PAGE SETUP: Paper Size: A4 (Portrait, (8.27 inch x 11.69 inch).
MARGINS: Top: 1.5″, Bottom: 1.5″, Left: 1.5″, Right: 1.5″.
TITLE OF PAPER: 16 points Arial. It should be in a bold font and in upper case.
AUTHOR(S) NAME: Author name (Bold, Arial, Font size 10), Designation and name of intuition (Font size 9), Email (Font size 9)
HEADINGS: (Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Materials and Methods, Conclusion, Acknowledgement, References etc.: 12 pt Arial, boldface and it is centered.
ALL TEXT: Arial, Font size 10, Single Column, Justify both sides and No Line Breaks between Paragraphs.

The format for the paper needs to be strictly followed. The paper should be available in MS file. The style of fonts should be in Arial and their size should be 10.

Important Instructions
  1. Entry is open from 20th March, 2016 and the last date of submission of the paper under above mentioned three different categories is 03 July, 2016 (By 12 pm as per Indian Standard Time)
  2. Only online submission of the paper will be accepted either on email nep.namodi.seminar@gmail.com or via web site www.nepnamodi.in of IGNTU, Amarkantak, MP, India PIN 484887.  
  3.  Details of prizes on papers under three different categories received for the international seminar in this regard are available on www.nepnamodi.in.
  4. In case of false information given by any one regarding their paper under three different categories, the claim of the writer/academic person/foreign citizen will be rejected by the organizing committee of the University for Publication of seminar proceedings.
  5. The jurisdiction of any case/litigation will be the local court in the area of the IGNTU, Amarkantak, India.
  6. All the factual details of the paper under three different category will be self attested by the writers/academic person of India or abroad.
  7. There are no charges for submission of paper under three different categories for this seminar.
  8. The certificate for online presentation of the paper of the seminar proceedings will be sent to the writer/academic person by post. His/her attendance in the seminar is not mandatory for getting certificate. He/she can attend this seminar via skype/google hangout/video conferencing etc.
 Seminar would comprise of 7 Technical Sessions. Only online submission of Papers will be accepted either at mail id:

Papers in one or more Technical Sessions may be submitted.
Participants of each and every session would be awarded Cash Prizes for Best Paper Presentation.

Session Three: Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Technical Session Award
